VIEW OUT OF THE WINDOW FROM ZELENOGORSK, RUSSIA We would like to learn what the 30th of January is like in different parts of the world and how to use the e-mail for communication between the people. We are looking out of the window of the classrooom at school. The winter frost made gorgeous patternson the glasses of the windows.Through these patterns snow gleams beautifully in the sunshine and sparkleswith millions of colours. There are lots of icicles hanging outside, some of them about one metre long. Further away we see fluffy snow caps on pine trees; just touch a branch softly and a vast blanket will glide down. Further away we can watch woods fill up with snow. The woods are lovely, dark and deep. There is a road between the woods and frozen lake. It is frosty today with about minus 25 degrees C. While you walk the snow crunches clearly under your feet because of the frost. These sounds and voices of winter birds blend in a great scene. The only other sound is the sweep of easy and downy flake. It is so beautiful outside! What can you see if you look out of your window? Thank you. Oksana, Yura, Masha, Irina, Anya, Zhenya, Olya and Valentina Saenko.
