PEACE DECLARATION
............................................We are participants of the summer school in the Center for Education, an educational organization in Zelenogorsk (Russia) Young people who believe that youth CAN make a better future.We are members of the next generation: not politicians, but optimistic young people who feel responsible for the future of our nation, our country, our continent, and for the future of the World.We are sure that there is no civilized human being with healthy mind and soul who doesn't want to live in peace, safety, love and welfare. There is no one who whishes and enjoys hate, war and need.We want to see smile instead of tears on the face of the 21th century child.We believe if we can stop hate in the world between people, nations and countries - we ill see more smiling faces.
We Declare

- Historical past is over. We have to accept its facts and close it - using its experience in building the future. There is no reason for going on the former hostilities. Let's forget them forever - and learn to forgive!
- Every nation's history, language and traditions are irreplaceable and inalienable values.
- There aren't more or less "valuable" nations. All they are very special pieces of the World with equal rights.
- We are not Germans, Americans, Russians, Jewish, Gypsies etc. First of all we are human beings! This is the only thing that matters for us!
- Borders must have only symbolic meaning in the future: we must recognize that prosperity of a country doesn't depend on the measure of its territory or on the origin and religion of citizens. It depends only on the goodwill and peaceful efforts of its politicians and inhabitants.
